Dean Pike

Dean Pike is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in service delivery and network engineering. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Specialist at Angle Auto Finance since September 2024, Dean previously held the position of Service Delivery Manager at 10x Banking from March 2021 to August 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing service quality and customer satisfaction. Dean's career at AT&T spanned from May 2007 to March 2021, initially as a Senior Network Engineer focused on designing and maintaining complex networking solutions, followed by roles as a Client Delivery Executive, consulting on national client network infrastructure. Dean holds a Certificate IV in Information Technology Networking from West Wollongong TAFE and a Higher School Certificate from Lucas Heights Community School.
