Shelby Worthen

Shelby Worthen is currently working as a Claims Team Lead at Angle Health since December 2022. Prior to this, Shelby held roles as a Claims Specialist and Claims Analyst II at MotivHealth from February 2018 to December 2022. With a background as an Aquatic Invasive Species Technician at the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources from May 2017 to September 2022, Shelby also worked as a Facilitator at Utah State University-College of Eastern Utah. Additionally, Shelby has experience as a Bagger/Produce Clerk at Smith's Food & Drug Centers and as a Cashier/Team Leader at KFC. Shelby holds a Bachelor's degree in Wildlife Ecology and Management from Utah State University Eastern.
