Caroline Cornish

Caroline Cornish (Assoc. CIPD) has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Anglian Water @one Alliance since May 2015, while also working as an HR Coordinator for JN Bentley Ltd. Transitioning from a 25-year career in Accounts, Caroline joined the Anglian Water @one Alliance People Team in 2005 as a People Development Advisor, later advancing to the HR Coordinator role due to internal restructuring. Caroline recently achieved a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management from Avado, further enhancing expertise in human resources management.
