Alex Meikle

Alex Meikle is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Head of Recruitment and HR Operational Excellence at Anglian Water Services since May 2017, Alex previously held several key positions at Charles Wells, including Head of HR, where responsibilities included implementing group HR strategies and managing a team of HR generalists. Prior roles also include HR Manager at DHL Supply Chain, overseeing HR activities for multiple sites, and progressing from HR Administrator to HR Advisor at Dataforce Interact, where Alex was sponsored through a CIPD Diploma. Alex holds a CIPD Diploma in Personnel and Development from the University of Northampton and a BA in Politics and Economics from Keele University.
