James Worthington

James Worthington is an experienced leader in the water services sector, currently serving as Head of Strategy and Transformation at Anglian Water Services since July 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing a 200-employee department focused on strategic development, asset health, and capital investment programs. Worthington has held several key roles within the organization, including Water Services Programme Manager and Senior Developer Account Manager, contributing to governance, financial reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
