Frank Lyons

Assisting Bishop at ANGLICAN DIOCESE OF PITTSBURGH

Frank Lyons is an experienced Anglican leader with a diverse background in pastoral care, education, and mission work. Currently serving as Assisting Bishop for the Anglican Diocese of the South since January 2015, Frank is responsible for episcopal visitation and clergy care, alongside teaching as an adjunct professor at Trinity School for Ministry since July 2016. Previous roles include Vicar General for the Anglican Diocese of Western Anglicans and Assistant Bishop for the Anglican Diocese of Pittsburgh. Frank's extensive missionary experience spans across the Anglican Diocese of Bolivia and work with Society of Anglican Missionaries and Senders in both Latin America and the United States. An accomplished academic, Frank holds multiple degrees, including a Doctorate in Practical Ministry from Carey Theological College and a Master of Theology in Missiology from Fuller Theological Seminary.
