Deborah Journeaux

Deborah Journeaux, CHRP, serves as Director of Human Resources at the Anglican Diocese of Toronto since December 2018, also holding the position of Interim Director Human Resources. Previously, Deborah was Senior Manager of Human Resources at Fresenius Kabi Canada and held positions at ENN Canada Corporation as General Manager of Human Resources, at Sobeys as Manager of Compensation, Benefits & Payroll, and at Arclin as Regional Manager of Human Resources. With extensive experience in leading HR functions, developing strategic initiatives, and managing teams, Deborah has a strong background in employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management across various sectors. Deborah holds a College Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from CEGEP Champlain St. Lawrence.
