Rachel Carr

Rachel Carr is currently working at Anglicare Southern Queensland as Acting Service Improvement & Redesign Manager, Lead Consultant, and Project Officer. Rachel is also the Co-founder and Disability Consultant at Illume Learning. Previously, Rachel worked at Down Syndrome Association of Qld Ltd as Information and Training Coordinator. Rachel is a graduate of QUT with a Bachelor of Behavioural Science degree.
