Sam Tomlinson

Sam Tomlinson is an accomplished mental health professional with a diverse background in psychotherapy and addiction counseling. As the founder of Process Therapy since May 2023, Sam specializes in Multichannel Eye Movement Integration, strategic psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, and trauma therapy. Current roles include AOD Counsellor for the AMEND Programme at Anglicare Southern Queensland and Harm Minimisation Worker with The Loop. Previous experience encompasses founding seeking sobriety, a coaching program for women focused on their relationship with alcohol, and roles in various addiction treatment settings, including Lives Lived Well and The Salvation Army Australia. With an extensive educational background that includes multiple degrees in social work and clinical hypnosis, Sam combines a strengths-based approach with evidence-based strategies to support individuals in their recovery journeys.
