Yvette McDonald

Yvette is a deeply experienced senior people and culture professional with a proven track record in aligning culture with strategy, organisational design, customer alignment, leadership development, employee engagement, training design and facilitation.

Yvette has held an executive Human Resources role with Ferrero Australia and national roles with Coca-Cola Amatil and Thorn Australia (Radio Rentals). She has also been the principal consultant for Elixan Consulting.

She has an MBA, Masters of Commerce (Human Resources Management) and Bachelor of Economics and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Directors (GAICD). Yvette and her family worship at St John’s Ashfield.
