Alison Holmlund

Alison Holmlund has a strong background in customer success and leadership roles. Alison is currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at Filevine, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they were a Member of the Strategic Advisory Board at Riverside Acceleration Capital starting in August 2021. Before that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Lookback from August 2021 to July 2022, and Vice President of Customer Success from May 2020 to August 2021. Alison also held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Mattermost from August 2019 to May 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Vice President of Customer Success at Mixpanel from May 2018 to May 2019. Alison also held several leadership positions at Host Analytics Inc, including Chief Customer Officer from July 2017 to May 2018, Senior Vice President of Customers for Life from June 2015 to July 2017, Vice President of Customers for Life from October 2012 to June 2015, and Vice President of Corporate Sales from September 2010 to October 2012. Alison started their career as a Principal Consultant at Airflash from 2000 to 2003 and at Netscape Communications from 1997 to 2000. Throughout their career, Alison has demonstrated expertise in customer success, strategic advisory, and leadership roles.

Alison Holmlund pursued their undergraduate studies from 1993 to 1997 at New York University. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.
