Tom Hadkiss

Tom Hadkiss has diverse work experience, starting as a Senior Consultant and Business Development at SMS Management & Technology in 1996. Tom then went on to become the Managing Director/Owner at Beyond Training in 2001. Tom worked as a Change Management Specialist and Associate at SMS Consulting Group from 2002 to 2005 before joining SMS Management & Technology again as an Account Director in Banking & Finance Victoria. In 2012, they became a Partner at DGS Global, Trustee at DGS Global Foundation, and Director at Platon, before moving to Anglicare Victoria as the Acting Director of Quality in 2013.

Tom Hadkiss obtained a Masters of Business in Management focusing on Change Management from RMIT University in the period of 1992-1996. Following this, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the same university between 1993-1997.
