David Cushen

David Cushen is currently the Head of Learning at Anglo American, a leading global mining company. Prior to this role, David held various positions at Shell, including VP Learning and Organisation Development, and Vice President HR Strategy. With experience at Accenture and Electricity Supply Board as well, David has a strong background in Human Capital Strategy, Organisation Development, and Change Management. David holds a degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, and Management from Trinity College Dublin.
