Mattias Johansson

Mattias Johansson has extensive experience in the mining industry, with a focus on carbon emissions trading, physical trading, exploration management, and geology. Mattias has held various roles at Anglo American, including Manager Sourcing and Origination for Voluntary Carbon, Exploration Manager for the Fennoscandia region, and Subsurface Superintendent for gas projects. With a Master's degree in Geology, Mineralogy, and Petrology from the University of Gothenburg, Mattias has a strong background in geological exploration and project management. As a self-employed geologist and former geologist at SGU, Mattias has demonstrated expertise in planning, managing, and evaluating exploration programs.
