Jay Henry

Jay Henry has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Director of Human Resources at Alamos Gold Inc. Jay joined the company in June 2020 and is currently in this position. Prior to this, Jay held the position of HR Superintendent at Alamos Gold Inc - Island Gold Division from September 2015 to June 2020. Jay also worked as an HR Manager at Aditya Birla Group, AV Terrace Bay from June 2014 to August 2015, and at Qulliq Energy Corporation from May 2012 to June 2014. Jay has also held various HR positions at Fanshawe College, Pratt and Whitney, CGC Inc, and Canadian General-Tower Ltd. Overall, they have a strong background in HR with experience in both managerial and consultant roles.

Jay Henry attended Conestoga College from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained a HRM Post Graduate Certificate. Prior to that, from 1996 to 2000, they attended the University of Waterloo, although their degree and field of study are unknown.
