Jose Segade

Jose Segade currently serves as the Group Head of Global Mobility at Anglo American since September 2019. With extensive experience in global mobility, Segade co-founded and directs The RES Forum, an organization established in June 2006. Previous positions include Regional Head of Global Mobility (EMEA) at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Senior Global Mobility Manager at Prudential plc, and Global Mobility Manager roles at Towers Watson and Goldman Sachs. Segade began a career in global mobility at Procter & Gamble, holding various roles from 1999 to 2004. Educational achievements include a BA in International Management and French from the University of Bradford Management Centre and studies at IBFD Netherlands, ESSCA, and St. Bede's School.
