Lani van der Merwe

Lani van der Merwe is a seasoned professional in the field of industrial and organizational psychology, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Capability and Leadership Development at Anglo American since April 2024. Lani has held various roles in consulting and project management at OIM Consulting from January 2021 to March 2024, including Senior Consultant, Streamlead, and Safety Mindset Expert. Previously, Lani worked as an Organisational Development Specialist at BARKO Financial Services and specialized in organisational culture and safety behavior at Anglo American Platinum from February 2012 to June 2019.
