Louise Gregory

Louise Gregory is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Governor at Plymouth College Independent School since June 2023, Louise also holds the position of Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Head of Executive Search at Anglo American since July 2021. Previous roles include serving as Head of Executive Services - Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Director at Barclays from February 2017 to July 2021, as well as Director of People Operations and Head of Resourcing for Barclays Corporate Bank from August 2014 to February 2017. Louise's career includes significant leadership roles at LGO Resourcing and Barclays, where expertise in recruitment strategy was honed. Louise began the professional journey in recruitment at REED and Hays. Louise holds a degree in Human Resource Management from South Devon, obtained from 1997 to 2001.
