Magali Arroyo is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent management across the mining and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Anglo American, Magali leads talent acquisition efforts for Quellaveco while representing global diversity and inclusion strategies.
