Wade Bickley

Wade Bickley is an experienced mining executive currently serving as the Executive Head of Mining Technical at Anglo Platinum since February 2023. Previously, Wade held multiple roles at Anglo American from June 2018 to February 2023, including Head of Underground Mining and Lead Underground Mining. Wade's career also includes the position of General Manager for various underground mining projects at Cupric Canyon, Resolute, and Mubadala from September 2016 to June 2018. Prior experience spans roles at AngloGold Ashanti, including General Manager at the Obuasi Mine, and various managerial positions at BHP Billiton, encompassing marketing and processing management. Wade earned a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Mining and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The University of Queensland.
