Amy Baker

Amy Baker currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer at AngloGold Ashanti, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this, Amy worked at Chord Energy from July 2022 to June 2023 as an Executive Assistant to the COO and VP of Operations, contributing to the company during a significant merger and name change after over a decade with the organization. Previous experience includes a progression at Whiting Petroleum Corporation from June 2012 to July 2022, holding roles such as Engineering Technician, JIB Accountant, Office Manager, and Receptionist. Amy Baker holds a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Minot State University.
