Fraser Clark

Fraser Clark has extensive experience in the mining and geology sectors, currently serving as Vice President Technical for Africa at AngloGold Ashanti since February 2009. Previous roles at AngloGold Ashanti include Senior Manager Geoscience for Ghana and Tanzania, Geology Manager at both Tropicana and Sunrise Dam, Acting General Manager of Sunrise Dam, and Principal Resource Estimation Geologist. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Resource Geologist and Resource Geologist at Hancock Prospecting Pty Ltd, and several roles at AngloGold Ashanti as Senior Mine Geologist and Mine Geologist. Fraser's career began at Mines and Resources Australia and Centaur Mining as a Mine Geologist and Graduate Geologist, respectively. Fraser holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Geostatistics from Edith Cowan University and a BSc (Hons) in Geology from The University of Edinburgh.
