Kaylash Naidoo

Kaylash Naidoo has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kaylash started their career at Liberty Life in 2004, where they worked as a Project Manager until December 2006. Kaylash then took on the role of Head of Service Management from January 2007 to May 2009.

In June 2009, Kaylash joined AngloGold Ashanti as the Vice President of Corporate Services, a position they held until May 2013. During this time, they took on the role of Vice President of HR, Transformation & Projects from June 2013 to June 2017. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Global HR Operations at AngloGold Ashanti, a position they have held since June 2017.

Throughout their career, Kaylash has demonstrated their expertise in various areas such as project management, service management, and HR operations.

Kaylash Naidoo completed an Executive MBA at Milpark Business School from 2017 to 2019. In 2016 to 2017, they obtained a Global Remuneration Professional degree from the South African Reward Association. In 2005 to 2006, they attended the Institute for People Development for a Skills Development Facilitator program. They completed their Matric at St Barnabas College from 1983 to 1988. In 2012, Kaylash participated in the Executive HR/Strategy Programme at the University of Stellenbosch. Additionally, they completed the Senior Leadership Development Programme at the Standard Bank Global Development Centre in 2007.
