Alessio D'Ercole

Alessio D'Ercole is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in managing global supply chain operations and human resources across diverse industries. Currently serving as Vice President of HR for Global Supply Chain, Blade Excellence, and New Businesses at BIC since March 2021, D'Ercole oversees a large workforce of over 10,000 employees across 15 factories worldwide. Co-founding Italyabroad.com in 2002, D'Ercole focuses on importing Italian food and wines to the UK. Prior to BIC, D'Ercole held several significant HR leadership roles at L'Oréal, Alstom Power, CNH, and the Turin Organizing Committee for the 2006 Winter Olympics. D'Ercole's educational background includes a Master of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Finance and Business Administration from Turin Polytechnic.
