Luis Leandro Rivera

Luis Leandro Rivera has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in the mining industry. Prior to becoming a professional independent, they held the position of Senior Vice President at AngloGold Ashanti in the AGA LATAM division. Luis Leandro also worked at CVSA and held the role of Gerente de Proyecto at Yamana (Cerro Moro). In the past, they were the Gerente de Operaciones at Goldcorp - Cerro Negro (Oroplata S.A.) and the Head of Geosciences in the Americas Region at AngloGold Ashanti. At Cerro Vanguardia S.A, they served as the Gerente de Exploraciones. Overall, their experience showcases their expertise in operations management, geosciences, and project management in the mining industry.

Luis Leandro Rivera attended IAE Business School in 2002, where they earned a PIDE degree in Administration and Business Management. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1991, they studied at UNPSJB and obtained a degree in Geology, focusing on Earth Sciences.
