Nisha Mowjee

Nisha Mowjee has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on organizational effectiveness and HR support. Nisha has held roles at various companies, including Barrick Gold Corporation, Anglogold Ashanti, Sibanye-Stillwater, Gold Fields Limited, Gold Fields, De Beers, Ernst & Young, Southern Bank of Africa, and Telkom. Nisha'sresponsibilities have included managing HR teams, implementing HR systems, overseeing global employment companies, and supporting business units in multiple countries. Nisha has also been involved in projects such as SAP HR implementation and the development of social media initiatives for resourcing and talent management.

Nisha Mowjee obtained a BA in Industrial Psychology from the University of Witwatersrand from 1990 to 1993. Nisha then pursued an Honours in Industrial Psychology (Part Time) from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2000 to 2003. In 2009, they briefly attended the University of Stellenbosch Business School for Strategic Human Resources Management. Additionally, they completed their Matric education at Nirvana Secondary School from 1985 to 1989.
