Salvador Contreras Rodriguez has extensive experience in the culinary field, specializing in sushi preparation. Currently serving as a Sushi Chef at Citrus Restaurant since January 2020, Salvador has a diverse background including roles such as Encargado barra sushi at IKIBANA and Responsable barra sushi at multiple establishments including MITSUKI CATERING SL and Big Fish. Previous positions held include Responsable partia de pescado and Sushiman at CASA COLONIAL IBIZA, and Encargado barra sushi y ayudante cocina at CDLC Barcelona-Carpe Diem.
