Previously, Paula held the position of Directora de Calidad at GRUPO LINAMAR from February 2014 to January 2022, overseeing quality operations related to mollusk processing and packaging. Earlier roles include Responsable Dpto Calidad at Cvas y Elaborados Guau, S.A. and Inspectora de Calidad at CENTRO FRIGORÍFICO CONSERVERO, S.A. Paula began a career in quality consulting and auditing at SERVICIOS NORMATIVOS (PRECAME GALICIA, S.L.). Academic qualifications include a degree in Ingeniero Técnico, specializing in agro-food industries from Universidade de Vigo, along with several master's degrees in risk prevention, quality, and environmental management.
