Raquel Gomez Garralón has extensive experience in consulting and customer experience management, currently serving as Responsable de Calidad y Formación at Sanitas since 2012. Prior to this role, Raquel held the position of Directora de Consultoría de Negocio y Customer Experience at IZO SYSTEM from February 2006 to 2012, focusing on consulting support and experience analysis projects within the CALA region, with a two-year residency in São Paulo.
