Currently serving as Global Planning / Asset Strategy Implementation Manager at Advancion Corporation since October 2014, Melissa has previously held various roles at The Dow Chemical Company from September 2009 to October 2014, including Global Business Supply Planner and Analytical Operations Leader. Prior experience includes a position as Chemical Engineer/Supply Planner at Rohm and Haas from May 2005 to September 2009. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, earned between 1998 and 2002.
