Pam Spencer is a highly experienced professional in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, quality, and sustainability, currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Advancion Corporation since 2016. Previously, Pam held the position of Senior Vice President at ANGUS Chemical Company and served in various roles at The Dow Chemical Company from 1986 to 2016, including Scientific Director of Toxicology and Environmental Research & Consulting. During this tenure, Pam was responsible for shaping scientific strategies and managing research programs that advanced predictive product safety assessments. Pam's expertise extends to toxicology consulting, product sustainability, and global regulatory compliance, supported by an academic background that includes a Ph.D. in Toxicology from the University of Michigan and multiple degrees in Biology.
