David Pritchard

David Pritchard has extensive work experience in various finance and corporate development roles. David currently serves as the Head of Corporate Development at Angus Knight Group, where they are responsible for executing a global buy and build strategy and has successfully completed six acquisitions across multiple countries. Prior to this, they worked as a Corporate Finance & Investor Relations Manager at HMC Capital and Deputy Fund Manager at Aventus Group. Earlier in their career, David held positions at Morgan Stanley, QIC, Telstra, and EY, where they gained experience in finance analysis, fund management, and accounting.

David Pritchard completed their education in a chronological order. David attended St Teresa's Catholic College Noosaville from 2005 to 2009 and obtained their high school degree. David then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Finance at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, they also obtained the RG146 certification from ASIC. David later attended Deakin University from 2014 to 2015, where they completed a Graduate Certificate of Chartered Accounting Foundations with a focus on Accounting. David furthered their education at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand from 2015 to 2017, obtaining a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting (GradDipCA) and became a Chartered Accountant.
