Sven Hasselbusch

Executive Head Chef at Angus Steak House

Sven Hasselbusch's work experience includes being an Executive Chef at The Distillery since 2016, an Executive Head Chef at Angus Steakhouse since 2015, and a Head Chef at Darwin & Wallace from 2014 to 2015. In these roles, they have successfully managed kitchen teams, organized and planned operations, handled ordering and stock taking, recruited and trained staff, maintained food standards, and implemented new systems.

Sven Hasselbusch received their education in culinary arts at the Albrecht-Dürer-Schule, Berufskolleg Düsseldorf from the year 2007 to 2010. Sven obtained a diploma in this field of study. In addition, Sven earned two additional certifications: FSA Food Allergy Training from the Food Standards Agency in January 2016 and Level II Award Food Safety Catering, also from the Food Standards Agency, in January 2016.
