Victoria Lorido is an accomplished veterinary professional with extensive experience in medical development, recruitment, and emergency veterinary care. Currently serving as the L&D Program Manager for Medical Development at AniCura Group since August 2019, Victoria also holds the position of Country Veterinary Manager for AniCura Iberia. Previous roles include founding and managing CLOSE360º Worldwide Recruitment, where the focus was on talent acquisition within the veterinary sector, and serving as Business Clinical Manager at Urvet, where efforts were directed towards developing an emergency veterinary hospital. Victoria’s clinical background includes significant roles such as District Clinical Lead at Vets Now and veterinary surgeon positions across various organizations in both the UK and Spain. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine from Universidad de Córdoba and numerous certifications in management and employment law.
