Zuzana Primusova

Zuzana Primusova has a diverse work experience in various HR and talent development roles. Zuzana is currently working as the Head of Learning and Talent Development at AniCura Europe since April 2022 and also serves as the Change Management Lead at the same company since September 2021.

Prior to their current role, Zuzana worked at Mars as the Early Talent Manager for the EMEA region starting in November 2018. Zuzana also had a project-based role at Mars from February 2018 to November 2018.

Before Mars, Zuzana worked at Wrigley, first as the Supply P&O Director (HR Director) from March 2015 to January 2017, and then as the People & Organization Manager (HR Director) from September 2010 to August 2013. Zuzana also worked as a PLD advisor (People, Learning and Development) at Wrigley from 2008 to 2010.

Zuzana began their career at Accenture as an HR Representative in 2007, and prior to that, they worked as a Management Trainee and HR Assistant at Ahold Retail Slovakia from 2006 to 2007.

Zuzana Primusova holds a Master's degree in Management of Human Resources from the University of A. Dubcek in Trencin. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in various subjects such as Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Learning from Failure, and Telling Stories with Data. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in July 2021.
