Els Declerck

Els Declerck currently serves as the Manager of People & Organization at AniCura Belgium since May 2023. Prior to this role, Els Declerck spent a decade at Hamilton Bright Belgium, progressing from junior consultant to Head of People Operations/HR, overseeing various aspects of human resources and people management within a field marketing organization. Earlier experience includes multiple roles at Square Melon from December 2010 to April 2013, including Account Manager and Senior Project Manager, as well as an Account Executive position at Bananas and a Junior Consultant role at Accent Jobs for People.
