Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional in the fields of nutrition, organic products, and compliance. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store focused on organic body care and environmental sustainability. In addition to this role, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experiences include ownership and management at Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, a nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and a university instructor teaching applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
