Aziza Talibdjanova CSM has over 8 years of work experience. Aziza began their career in 2014 as a Business Analyst and QA Tester at Air Wisconsin Airline Company, where they conducted JAD Sessions and weekly meetings to monitor project progress, facilitated team meetings to coordinate activities for project schedules, and presented deliverables to the management. Aziza then moved to Hyatt International in the same role, where they analyzed and documented Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Specifications, and System Requirements Documents. In 2016, they joined MGM Resorts International Operations as a Business and System Analyst, where they were involved in all phases of the SDLC and assisted in Project Management activities. In 2018, they moved to the World Bank Group in Washington, DC as a Senior Business Analyst, where they built strong relationships with the client group and internal and external teams to understand, document, and deliver analytical and reporting solutions. In 2021, they joined Amtrak and Total Wine & More as a Senior Business Analyst, and in 2022 they joined Anika Systems in the same role.

Aziza Talibdjanova CSM has an educational background from Tashkent State Technical University. Aziza is also a Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master, which they obtained from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2020.
