Samantha Messner

Samantha Messner has work experience as a System Engineer at Anika Systems starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at T. Parker Host as a Help Desk Specialist from March 2021 to December 2022. Their responsibilities included maintaining operational efficiency, responding to inquiries and requests, and supporting customers with technical issues. Samantha also has experience as an Information System Technician in the US Navy from August 2015 to December 2022. In this role, they maintained energy and enthusiasm, worked with customers to understand their needs, and utilized critical thinking to solve problems.

Samantha Messner completed their education at ECPI University from 2019 to 2022, earning a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity. Samantha also attended the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy in 2022, where they studied Server and Cloud Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Samantha has obtained three certifications. Samantha received the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in October 2022. In September 2022, they obtained the Active Directory Challenge: Domain Deployment and DNS Infrastructure certification from United Training. Samantha's earliest certification is the CompTIA Security+ certification, which they obtained in September 2020 from CompTIA.
