Tony Hernandez

Tony Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Medical Logistics Warehouse Associate in the US Army, where they handled and transported medical supplies and maintained equipment records. Tony was then promoted to the role of Medical Logistics Warehouse Manager, responsible for managing a large medical warehouse and supervising a team of military and civilian members. During this time, they also received recognition as the Non-Commissioned Officer of the year. In 2015, Tony transitioned to the role of Special Forces Senior Manager, where they maintained accountability for valuable medical supplies and managed calibration cycles for equipment. Tony continued their career in the private sector, joining Anika Systems in 2019 as a Cloud Engineer & RPA Developer. In this role, they collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and implement the company's cloud infrastructure and RPA projects. Tony also researched cloud environment issues and proposed technical solutions while ensuring the implementation of best security practices. Tony's expertise and leadership led to their promotion to the role of Power Platform Practice Lead in 2023. In this position, they oversee the Power Platform practice, identifies automation opportunities, and leads the design and development of custom applications and solutions. Throughout their career, Tony has demonstrated strong technical skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to excellence.

Tony Hernandez attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2019 to the present, pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Tony has obtained several certifications. In February 2019, they became a Microsoft Technology Associate, earning the certification in Windows Server Administration Fundamentals. In October 2019, Tony achieved the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Advanced Developer certification from UiPath. Continuing their professional development, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in September 2020. Additionally, Tony became an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in January 2020 and recently acquired the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft in April 2021.
