Doug Dubois

Doug DuBois is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and process engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Anika Therapeutics since July 2007, Doug leads process engineering initiatives, collaborating with general contractors to design and build a new 35,000 sq/ft manufacturing facility while optimizing product scaling and manufacturing processes. Prior to Anika, Doug worked at Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics from 1999 to 2009 as a Lead Process Engineer, specializing in problem solving through design of experiments and statistical tools. Doug's career began at GE Aircraft Engines from 1991 to 1993, where responsibilities included serving as a liaison with customers and leading prototype brainstorming sessions. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology, obtained between 1989 and 1992.
