Vladimir Kladnitsky

Vladimir Kladnitsky, MSME, serves as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Uponor since April 2021, focusing on the management and improvement of Tool Room processes for the manufacturing of aqua PEX tubing. Previously, Vladimir held the position of Senior Project Manager at an Industrial Manufacturing Company from March 2020 to April 2021, employing LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance manufacturing processes. With extensive experience at Donaldson from January 2003 to February 2020, Vladimir contributed as a Process Engineer, Sr Project Engineer, and Project Manager in filtration solutions. Additional roles include Mechanical Engineer at Deltak LLC, Sr Project Engineer at Graco SCA, Project Engineer at Micro Component Technology, Design Engineer at NordicTrack, and Lab Technician at VIC Mfg. Vladimir earned a Master’s degree in Strength and Durability of Machinery from Bryansk State University.
