Pasquale Muia

Pasquale Muia has a strong background in operations and leadership roles. Their most recent position is as an Executive Director / Site Operations Leader at Anika, where they are responsible for overall site leadership, operations, manufacturing, and P&L. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President Global Operations and Technology at Hoveround Corporation, overseeing multi-site operations and being a vital member of the executive leadership team. Pasquale also has experience as a Vice President Operations / General Manager at West Florida Services, LLC, where they turned around a struggling company and improved operational systems. Earlier in their career, Pasquale held various roles at Baxter International Inc., including Director of Operations and Director of New Business Integration. Pasquale also worked at IBM as a Sr. Managing Consultant and at Cargill as an Application Development Manager and Sr. Consultant.

Pasquale Muia has obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Science from Kean University. Additionally, they have pursued further education at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they have completed an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Management Information Systems (MIS).
