Weimin Yue Ph.D., Rac

Weimin Yue, PhD, RAC, PMP has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and engineering. Weimin is currently working as the Director of Quality Assurance at Anika. Prior to this, they held various roles at Exactech, starting as a Senior Development Engineer and progressing to the role of Senior Manager of Quality Assurance Engineering and Operations. Before joining Exactech, Weimin worked at Zimmer Biomet as both a Senior Development Engineer and a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. Weimin also had a significant role as the Chief Scientific Officer and Principle Investigator at OrthoX.

Weimin began their career as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at the University of Notre Dame. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in quality assurance, engineering, and project management.

Weimin Yue, PhD, RAC, PMP, received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China from 1996 to 2001. After that, they pursued further education and obtained their Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, which they completed between 2001 and 2006.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Weimin Yue has also earned several certifications. Weimin became an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer and an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor in 2011. In 2012, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and obtained the ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt designation.

More recently, in 2017, Weimin Yue acquired the Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC-US) from the Regulatory Affairs Certification Program. In 2020, they became a member of RAPS (Regulatory Affairs Certification Program) and obtained the ASQ Certified Software Quality Engineer certification from ASQ - World Headquarters.
