Agnieszka Rahela Olszak

Agnieszka Rahela Olszak has a diverse work experience in various industries. Agnieszka Rahela is currently the Co-Founder & Executive Director at Troskliwe Oko since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of IT Projects Management at Anima International starting from March 2020. Agnieszka Rahela also has experience as a Podcaster and podcast editor at Całkiem Nudne Życie, where they have been running their podcast since 2020 and editing every episode herself. Additionally, Agnieszka has worked as a Blogger in the topics of animal rights and humanity.

Furthermore, they worked as a Fundraiser Specialist at Otwarte Klatki, where they gained knowledge in effective ways of working for NGOs and also got involved in IT projects. Agnieszka has a background in fashion design, having worked as a Fashion Designer at LPP S.A. for the brand Cropp, where they were responsible for designing unique patterns for men's trousers and shirts.

Prior to that, they served as a Senior Fashion Designer at Etos S.A., specializing in the creation of men's shirt collections and coordinating the work of the pants department assistant. Agnieszka Rahela also worked as a Fashion Designer for the brands Diverse and Iridium, designing different lines for each.

At the start of their career, Agnieszka worked as a Photographer at GOC Photography, where they were responsible for photographing products and editing the images for magazines such as Viva, Elle, Twój Styl, and Hot.

Throughout their work experience, Agnieszka has developed skills in IT project management, podcast editing, fundraising for NGOs, fashion design, and photography.

Agnieszka Rahela Olszak holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Art Education from the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk, which they obtained from 2008 to 2013. Agnieszka Rahela also attended the Warsaw School of Advertising from 1999 to 2002, specializing in reklama (advertising). Additionally, they have pursued further education in Ethical Hacking at the Zero To Mastery Academy, starting in 2022. Agnieszka has also obtained certifications in Introduction to Cybersecurity Tools & Cyber Attacks from IBM and Coursera, as well as certifications in ThriveDX and Effective Vegan Advocacy Training. Agnieszka Rahela also has some unspecified certifications, including one in Google Project Management.
