Emma McCapes

Emma McCapes possesses extensive experience in the legal and animal welfare sectors, currently serving as Litigation Coordinator and previously holding multiple administrative roles at the Animal Legal Defense Fund since January 2017. Earlier professional experience includes working as a Leasing Agent at Tandem Properties, Inc. from August 2011 to January 2017, where responsibilities included conducting apartment tours, managing resident documentation, and organizing community activities. Emma also completed a Legislative Internship at The Humane Society of the United States in early 2016. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of California, Berkeley, earned between 2014 and 2016.
