Ben Pesch

Ben Pesch is an experienced operations and continuous improvement leader with a robust professional background spanning over two decades. Currently, Ben holds the position of Vice President - Operations & Continuous Improvement at Animal Supply Company since May 2023. Prior roles include Vice President - Continuous Improvement & Strategy at the same company, and various key positions at Newell Brands from July 2018 to January 2023, including Senior Director - Global Supply Chain - Productivity & Continuous Improvement. Ben's experience also encompasses significant roles at TreeHouse Foods and Conagra Brands as Plant Manager, along with a leadership role at Ocean Spray Cranberries. Earlier in the career, Ben contributed to PepsiCo in multiple operational leadership capacities. Ben holds a degree from the University of Northern Iowa, earned between 1991 and 1996.
