Nico Berardi

Founder & General Partner at ANIMO Ventures

Nico Berardi has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Fellow in Class 20 with the Kauffman Fellows in 2015. In 2018, they became the Founder & General Partner of ANIMO Ventures, a seed firm with ~$140m AUM across two funds. In 2020, they became a Board Member at Toolchain, while also taking on Board Observer roles at Codi, Mighty, Mathison, Morty, Sage, Roomie, and Thingtesting. Nico is the youngest fellow in Class 20 of the Kauffman Fellows.

Nico Berardi's education history includes a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School (2016-2018), a Bachelor in Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (2007-2010), a Full IB Diploma from St. Andrew's Scots School - Buenos Aires (2004-2006), and prior to that, attendance at Escuela Campo Alegre - Caracas (2000-2003) and Colegio Americano de Veracruz (1995-1999). Nico also holds a Full Diploma in English from the International Baccalaureate, and certifications from Harvard Business School's Young American Leader Program (2015) and PADI's Open Water Scuba Diver.
