Motoki Tani

Motoki Tani is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the CEO of Animoca Brands Japan and Managing Director of Animoca Brands since October 2021, Tani co-founded CURIOOkids Japan in April 2021. As a member of the Board of Trustees at Japan Sports Academy and the Board of Directors at Shiraiwa K.K. since 2018, Tani has contributed to educational and corporate governance. Previous positions include Managing Director at Millennium and Portfolio Manager at Complus Asset Management Limited. Tani began a career in finance at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Head of Trading after working as a Trader at Merrill Lynch and Assistant Treasurer at Bankers Trust. Tani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Cornell University.
