As a member of the Google Food Lab, Altschuler collaborates with industry leaders to drive transformative changes in food systems. Altschuler's academic credentials include an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana.

We aim to increase the usage of ugly produce in the food industry. We utilize our unique fusion of innovative technology, expertise in design, and knowledge of culinary arts to create magical foods. Anina is reshaping the future of the food industry by merging art with unique technology through a culinary experience of meals from upcycled vegetables. The concept was made as part of studies at the Industrial Design department at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem, led by Liora Rosin
